It has been identified a problem with the tool adapters in the new version of SNAP (5.0). This bug is not allowing to SNAP loading the tool adapters of Sen2Cor and OTB when restarting. This will be fixed soon with a module update (probably the next week). Meanwhile, there is a workaround: if you create an empty folder called ‘java’ in the SNAP installation folder the external tools will be loaded properly. Depending on the toolboxes selected during the installation, the snap installation folder content should be similar to the following:
