Hi,
I want to calculate basic statistic for each band, vegetation indices, textures images using the same Mask ROI. Are there any way to do a batch processing for that? and can the result export to one .csv file?
Many thanks!

by batch processing you mean you have multiple products which all contain the same rasters? Or do you want to extract the statistics for several rasters of one product?

Maybe these two posts are helpful for you:
This post shall help to explain how to set up a StatisticsOp graph and what is the meaning of its parameters. An example graph is attached. The StatisticsOp will, unlike other SNAP operators, not create an output product but instead write statistics to either a .csv-file or an ESRI shapefile. Note that this graph works with SNAP 6.0.3. If you work with earlier versions, some of the parameters are not available.
First, the StatisticsOp offers two ways to specify source products: Either by settin…
I am looking to calculate the statistic (mean, max, min, count, etc) of a raster file using its mask channels.
after some search I think “StatisticsOp” is the tool. the SNAP does not let me save the statistic operation as a xml/graph, while I also did not find an complete example in this forum. could any one give me an example of how to run it?
I have attached the graph I made based on the help file, but not work.
