When I combine two overlapping DSM, a line comes at overlapping regions after combining.Can anyone guide me that what is the issue and how to remove this line for seamless view
Please provide more information on the data you are using, how it was generated and how you created the mosaic. We cannot help you based on this screenshot alone.

Two Digital Surface Models were generated and combined through tri-stereo Pléiades images in Geomatica sofware.Averaging alogorithm was used at overlapping regions.
When you use Geomatica software, why do you ask in a forum which is related to SNAP?
Maybe you try reddit ( Remote Sensing and Earth Observation (reddit.com))
But you can try to create a mosaic with SNAP. Maybe this works better for you.
