Does anyone know how to solve this problem? (Snaphu import)

I have tried for several times to unwrap, but when I want to import it back to snap, I always got similar error on it.

Was the unwrapping with snaphu completed successfully? A img file starting with UnwPhase should have been created in the same folder.

The hdr and img have different names (dates), probably because your stack contains multiple slaves.
It is now hard to tell the actual date of the unwrapped phase.
For a quick solution, rename the img so it matches the hdr file and start the import again.

If you want to unwrap more images it is advisable to create separate products with one master and one slave and unwrap them separately. snaphu cannot process stacks with more than one phase image.

I thought maybe is the data not fit, so I download the same data as used in tutorial, but still can’t unwrap successfully (show 100% but no file)

in your second screenshot the snaphu export folder is not the same as in the last one. Shouldn’t the unwrapped phase be there instead?

no, there are no file in both folder.

please check if the unwrapped files are in this directory

Tools > Manage External Tools > Snaphu unwrapping > Edit > Operator Descriptor > Windows Bundle > Target Folder

I reinstalled the plugin and got the unwrapped files, this time the unwrapping process is not very soon,thank you for your help :laughing:
