Error in StaMPS patch merging (Step 5)

If someone could help me it would be most appreciated. I am trying to process SBAS using 6 patches and I can’t get past step 5 despite having plenty of PS. It gives me the following error:

Index exceeds the number of array elements (0).
Error in llh2local (line 41)

If any of you are having this problem try changing the merge_resample_size value to 0 in Matlab/StaMPS:

setparm("merge_resample_size", 0)

This fixed it for me.

I can generate images with mt_prep(‘v-do’,4) but as soon as I made the mt_prep(‘v-dso’,4) the system will show me and error. In addition i can not make an export to qgis considering same error. the error is

‘s’ is the atmosphere corrected orbit error. You can only include it when you applied an atmospheric correction, for example with TRAIN.

The problem is When I am trying to make a csv file, I am receiving the mentioned error, and in case I neglected the S error, the system do not let me to generate csv file. I am using this command ps_export_gis(‘ps_ortho.csv’,[54.6 55.4],[30.25 30.65],‘ortho’) and the system tell me about

hello to everyone, while processing stamps step 5, after merging i got a strange result. there is a significant gap between patches. i exported the result to .kml format and .csv format but it’s the same as i see in matlab. is there any idea why this happened ?
