Error while opening Sentinel-2 in SNAP?

Hi,
I am facing an error while opening Sentinel-2 image in SNAP:
No valid tiles associated to product.
I am using latest SNAP version:6.
I have tried using all the methods to open the image such as:

  1. File<Import
  2. Drag and drop
  3. Open xml

Any help would b appreciated.

are you sure you also have installed the internal updates (Menu > Help > Check for Updates)?

Yes, I have updated that as well.

What product are you trying to open? Do you have problems with an specific S2 product or with all of them?
