Export Geometry/Vector Data to ESRI SHP with snappy, is possible to do that task?

No this is not available as API yet.

Unfortunately, this is still not possible. But it is one the agenda for the next development phase.
When using Python it is probably best if you only take the data and use Python for the writing.
