Continuing the discussion from SEN2COR tool:
The path you are using its too long, the L1C product should be at the root of you file system (like C: or C:\Prod). Thank might explain the error you are facing. Could you try again after shortening your path? A new version of Sen2Cor will be issued very soon and it will remove that limitation.
