Get relative orbits for a given UTM tile?

Is there an algorithm or a public resource for discovering the Sentinel-2 relative orbits that pass through a given UTM 100km tile?

I know if I query a hub enough I can eventually discover the answer - but I have a use case where it would be useful to know ahead of time.

There are two threads regarding this:

There are also obit predictors available.
