Image is not opening in Snap 6.0

Hello everybody,

I am facing a problem to open the Sentinel 2 image by snap. Sentinel 3 is working, but not Sentinel 2.

I cannot share the pic here otherwise I could show you how it looks but it says “No appropriate Product reader found”

please help me if you can

No it’s not an update issue. I am using Snap 6.0 and I updated it.
