I understand that it always tells me to indicate a location and that python.exe does not exist. I do not really understand what I have to do to correct that. which sen2cor version are you using? You no longer need Anaconda since sen2cor 2.4
You can still fix this error by following this instruction: Specify system variable PYTHON_BIN for Sen2Cor
But it is better to use the latest version: A tutorial for 2.4 (or later) is given here: Sen2cor 2.4.0 on SNAP 6.0
