You can still compute the coherence for GRD products using the master and slave intensities and it will show the coherency of the intensities of both products. If you need the phase information, then you have to use the SLC products

Can we create a coherence time series for a single pixel or a group of pixels to check which pixels have a consistent coherence value throughout the entire stack ? either using snap or matlab @ryeramirez @mengdahl @ABraun

Hi, Shadi1. Unfortunately, I have no other means of tracking temporal coherence for a large SAR data stack (i.e., over 50 pairs as you mentioned in your DM). In SNAP, I usually do it manually when working with a few interferometric pairs. Anyway, I have responded to your DM.

I have found somewhat a solution but I am not sure of its validity I have created a stack of multiple terrain corrected coherence bands prefiltered to display only the pixels with values equal or above 0.97, and then have created a new band-math expression If coherence_band1 and coherence_band2 and coherence_band3 and coherence_band… >= 0.97 then 1 else 0 and this is the product i have got [Screenshot from 2023-02-18 14-17-17] Very few points whose coherence values is persistently above 0.9…
