I want to install the Sen2Res plugin but the system shows a problem related to a netbeans module needed. I reinstalled Snap form scratch deleting user folders, but the problem continues. Can you give advice on how to solve this. I downloaded installer files from ESA website.

Some plugins require plugin org.netbeans.modules.javahelp to be installed.
The plugin org.netbeans.modules.javahelp is requested in version 2.41.1. The following plugin is affected:
Sen2res resolution enhancement operator
Unfortunately, the current version of the Sen2Res plugin is not compatible with SNAP 12. A JIRA ticket (SNAP-4027) has been created to track the issue.

Thanks diana, Actually I was looking for same info. And about to post it on here. But when I opened the forum. This is the first post.
I was able to find solution to this problem.
As the org.netbeans.modules.javahelp` plugin (version 2.41.1) is not available, I downloaded version 2.50 (higher than 2.41.1) there by providing backward compatibility from the link given in screenshot. Due to the policy restrictions, I can not add link here.
Install this java plugin in SNAP using the Add Plugin option and then install Sen2res resolution enhancement operator plugin.
