Dear @Ognjen,

The sen2res plugin is not compatible with SNAP 12. A Jira ticket (SNAP-4027) has already been created, and the issue will be addressed in the coming months.

Plugin installation problem with Sen2Res and others

I want to install the Sen2Res plugin but the system shows a problem related to a netbeans module needed. I reinstalled Snap form scratch deleting user folders, but the problem continues. Can you give advice on how to solve this. I downloaded installer files from ESA website. this is the error: Some plugins require plugin org.netbeans.modules.javahelp to be installed.
