Removing pin leads to SNAP getting stuck

When I’m performing time series analysis and want to remove all pins, the SNAP tool gets stuck.
Is this a bug or does anyone know what to do?

I also had this. It works if you select and delete them in the pin manager using the trash icon (instead of clicking them in the map).
