Recently, I used Sen2Cor 2.12.03 to perform atmospheric correction on Sentinel-2 L1C products, but it consistently shows correction failure (as shown below) and cannot perform atmospheric correction. May I ask what is the reason for this, how should I resolve it, and could you please provide detailed and specific solutions and operation steps?

We noticed a similar issue in 2021 and 2023.
Our recommendation is to use the Copernicus DEM as described in Frequently Asked Questions point #2 about the Copernicus DEM support that is more accurate than the former SRTM DEM.
Could you please give a try and check if you experience the same kind of error ?
In case you want or need to stick with STRM DEM, a workaround was proposed in a previous thread Issues with Sen2Cor v2.9 user guide DEM reference - #11 by chiara proposed in Processing Error due to SRTM Data Conflict - #6 by vicencpala .
You could also try this and let us know. This problem seems to only happen on Windows machines.
