My problem is comparable (but not the same) as the one mentioned here.
The data is badly damaged and I dont think this is the sort of noise that can be removed by “Thermal Noise correction“ or “Speckel filtering“. It is neither as regular as being a radio frequency interference (RFI) from the ground.
Is there a name for such noise? Does it have a known source? Is there a remedy?
