SNAP wants to delete data to install?

I’m trying to install SNAP, but I get a message about deleting old data. I’ve never had SNAP installed before. What is it trying to delete?

I’ve looked through this post:

First time install SNAP 6.0, installer said it detects some old data

So I started installing Snap for the first time and immediately I have problem before it even installs. Namely this happens: [SNAP%20install] This is my first time I install the software in question…ever! So I’m thinking here what exactly is it going to delete and will my system work after this?

But I don’t have the folders that are mentioned there. I’m trying to install on a windows 10 machine if that helps.

If you install it the first time nothing will be deleted.
It will only try to clean things from a previous installtion
