Tops Merge gives value jumps

I found that these stripes between swaths are probably due to thermal noise, and not to the tops merge operation from this post:

SLC- removes lines between adjacent sub-swath

Hello I am a novice trying Sentinel-1 SLC. There is a distinct line between adjacent subbands, and the range direction data appears to fluctuate (As shown in picture). Since the thermal noise removal step also removes slc phase information, I imagine that it cannot be corrected when working with the C2 polarimetric matrix.
