For example, if it happens only on this product or if you tried already other products.
The configuration of the operator would als be helpful.
The log file or the details which are shown after clicking on “Show Details” might help to find out the reason for the error.
The FAQ contains a section about the best practice when posting in the forum.
I think it is because SLC products have to be split and debursted before multi looking.
Maybe GRD products are sufficient for your task?
