I believe it is related to the folders paths you got. Please rerun mt prep snap and do not chance it.

Dear all, thanks for your help! I managed to run all StaMPS steps and produced my first results! The error in step 1 was related to a prior error I had were I was using relative paths in mt_prep_snap. After using absolute paths I saved the results in a wrong folder, so StaMPS was still using the older wrong results. Now everything is fine! So I hope this can help others experiencing the same problems.

i have not yet found any succes of using StaMPS on Windows by compiling it, i would highly recommend to skip the painful trial and error and move to linux. can ofcourse be dual boot as well.

Probably you are working with a single burst, right? If so, delete the ESD operator from the xml

If you work only with 1 burst, ESD must not to be applied.

Everythings seems ok but no insar_master_date folder was created!
The mt_prep_snap doesn’t find the slc.par files.
