C2RCC is very sensitiv to variations in the water. The signal from the water is low, small changes can have a high impact. The stripes originate from the detector stripes. The S2 Resampler considers them but cannot remove them.
If you look closely, you can see the stripes in your original image. Often, they are more significant in band B8A. When you check this, you will probably see the stripes more clearly.
How dominant the stripes are is also depending on the applied colour stretching.
The stripes can even be seen in the very first S2 image.
